“Bird” – a tasty and bright salad for the holiday table. Everybody likes it

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken fillet – 200 g;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • mushrooms – 300 g;
  • pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs;
  • egg – 4 pcs;
  • ham – 180 g;
  • cheese – 180 g;
  • chips;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation of salad “Bird”:

Divide the cooked fillet into fibers, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix, lay out the first layer. Cut thin plates of

mushrooms

and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil.

Fried mushrooms put the second layer in the salad. Chop finely pickled cucumbers and put them on the layer of mushrooms.

Boil eggs, grate
