Blueberry pie is not only delicious, but also an incredibly versatile dessert dish that delights with its rich taste and aroma. Blueberries, being one of the most popular berries, are famous for their sweet and slightly sour flavor, which perfectly combines with various components of dough and fillings. Blueberry pie has become a favorite treat in many countries, especially in those where these berries grow in abundance.

In northern countries, such as the US states and Canada, blueberry pie is a symbol of local cuisine.
Ingredients:
- flour – 200 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- butter – 110 g;
- vegetable oil – 40 g;
- sugar – 200 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- yogurt – 90 g;
- milk – 60 g;
- lemon juice – 20 g;
- vanilla extract – 1 tsp;
- blueberries – 200 g.
Ingredients for cream-cheese glaze:
- butter – 150 g;
- cream cheese – 225 g
- icing sugar – 500 g powdered sugar
- vanilla extract – 1 tsp;
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Blueberry pie preparation:
In a bowl with Greek yogurt, mix the milk and lemon juice. Separately combine butter and vegetable oil, beat with a mixer until homogeneous
. Pour sugar into the mixture of oils, continue to beat with a mixer until white and fluffy. Mix the egg with vanilla extract and pour in batches into the cream mixture, continue beating.
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into the cream mixture, pour in a little milk, knead a thick dough

Mix blueberries with a teaspoon of flour, pour it into the dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts, spread

into baking molds. Cover the molds with parchment. Bake the pies at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Leave the pies to cool without the molds. For the cream, beat the butter and cream cheese in separate bowls until whitened
. Place the cream cheese in the butter and combine the products with a mixer, pour in the vanilla extract. Next, sift powdered sugar into the cream in batches, mix the ingredients.
Add lemon juice to the cream and continue beating

Assemble two pies into one large one, the sides can also be smeared with cream.
