Brisole is a dish that has an interesting origin story. It is a thin layer of meat fried in egg and flour, filled with vegetables, mushrooms or cheese.
There are several versions of the origin of brizole

One of them says that this dish was invented in the USSR in the 1970s. At that time, it was a simplified version of a Kiev-style cutlet. Brisole quickly gained popularity among Soviet citizens due to its simplicity and availability of ingredients.
Today, it is prepared according to different recipes, adding different ingredients and creating new variations. But one thing remains unchanged – it is always a delicious and hearty dish, which is suitable for both everyday and festive table.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- milk – 250 ml.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- chicken fillet – 350 g;
- zucchini – ½ pcs;
- cheese – 200 g;
- green onion – bundle;
- parsley – a bunch;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of brizoli:
Break eggs in a bowl, pour flour and salt, mix. Pour warm milk into the batter, pour it on a hot frying pan and fry each pancake on one side.
For the filling, grind chicken fillet into minced meat

Grate zucchini and cheese on a fine grater, mix with minced
meat. Chop parsley and green onions finely, mix with the rest of the stuffing, dress with mayonnaise. Put the stuffing in the pancakes, seal the inside with an envelope.
We put the brizole in a baking mold, cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then rub cheese on the brizole and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

The result is hearty and juicy brizoles. This is a great dish for every day from zucchini and chicken.
