Brought this recipe back from Italy. Instead of boring cheesecakes: 2 variants of delicious cottage cheese cookies

Cookies are baked in almost every region of the world. This sweet flour product is perfect for a tea party. However, this opinion is held mainly by Europeans. In Asia, it is not customary to drink tea with cookies. It is too revered drink to be combined with desserts.

In Europe, cookies got quite a long time ago from Italy. It is believed that it was the Italians who invented cookies. True, the first cookies were more like breadcrumbs. Still, it laid the beginning of a great culinary history of baking. Let’s tell you how to cook cottage cheese cookies.

Ingredients for cottage cheese cookies:

  • Curd – 250 g;
  • Sugar – 120 g;
  • Egg yolk – 2 pcs;
  • Butter – 100 g;
  • Salt – 3/1 tbsp;
  • Vanillin – 3 g;
  • Flour – 300 g;
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.

  • Vegetable oil – 60 ml;
  • Flour – 220 g;
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • Salt – a pinch.

Break an egg into the cottage cheese, pour sugar, pour vegetable oil and turn into a puree. Pour the flour and baking powder into the puree, salt and knead the dough.
