Ingredients for lemon pie:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 90 g;
- Greek yogurt – 120 g;
- milk – 70 ml;
- vegetable oil – 80 ml;
- lemon zest;
- raisins – 3 tbsp;
- flour – 270 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g.
Preparation of lemon pie:
