Ingredients of sponge cake for walnut cake:
- butter – 70g;
- sugar – 70 g;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 130 g;
- flour – 150 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- walnuts – 100 g;
- sugar – 70 g;
- butter – 30 g.
Preparation of the cake with walnuts:
Place butter in a bowl, pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer until the grains of sand are dissolved. Break the eggs into the butter, beat until homogeneous
. Similarly beat the sour cream in the egg mixture. Combine flour and baking powder, sift into the egg mixture, knead the dough.
Crush walnuts in a blender to a medium-sized crumb. Pour sugar and melted butter into the crumbs and mix.
Place parchment in a baking dish and then ½ of the dough, spread evenly. Place ½ of the filling on the dough in an even layer, cover with the rest of the dough.
On the layer of pastry again put the nut filling, also in an even layer.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
After cooking, take the cake out of the mold and cool.
