One of the most important products before the New Year is green peas. As a rule, this product disappears dramatically from the shelves of stores, and you have to search long and hard for a cherished jar. In other months there is no such a strong rush.
Love for peas came to our country from Egypt and Iran. It was in these ancient states that peas began to grow. As archaeologists suggest, this happened about 7,500 years ago. However, it is impossible to determine exactly whether peas were harvested on plantations or extracted by gathering in nature. This nutritious product is more often used in salads, but is also used as a side dish.

Ingredients for salad with green peas:
- canned peas – 180 g;
- mustard – ½ tsp;
- Peking cabbage – 350 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- garlic – clove;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- green onion – 2 feathers;
- dill – bundle.
Preparation of salad with green peas:
We get rid of the canned peas from the liquid and transfer them to a salad bowl. Shinkuem quite finely dill, green onions and Peking cabbage, combine the greens with peas.
