Let’s prepare delicious cabbage fritters
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 350 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – 1 pc;
- salt – 2 pinches;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- kefir – 400 g;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- flour – 400 g.
Preparation of cabbage fritters:
Shinkuem cabbage, chop finely onion, grate carrots on a coarse grater. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions for a couple of minutes, add carrots,
fry onions and carrots for 2 minutes, add cabbage, salt and pepper, fry for 3-4 minutes. Then cover the pan with a lid and stew the stuffing for 10 minutes.
In a separate container break the eggs, salt and beat. Pour the baking soda into the kefir, wait for a reaction. Mix the egg mass with kefir, pour in parts of flour, knead the dough.
Combine the dough with the stuffing, mix. Fry small portions of dough on both sides in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden.
