Ingredients for baked cabbage:
- cabbage – 1 kg;
- soy sauce – 100 ml;
- vinegar 6% – 3 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- dried parsley – a pinch;
- dijon mustard – 1 tsp;
- mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- flour – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of baked cabbage:
Cut cabbage into large pieces, lay it out in a baking mold. Coat the cabbage with a mixture of soy sauce and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with salt, dry parsley, mustard and mayonnaise.
Cover a baking tray with parchment and grease with vegetable oil.
Mix flour and breadcrumbs and dip each piece of cabbage in them.
Coat
the cabbage in the egg mixture and place on the parchment.
Cover the cabbage with parchment soaked in water.
Bake the cabbage at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
