Ingredients for curd cake batter:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 150 g;
- vegetable oil – 100 g;
- milk – 70 g;
- flour – 200 g;
- leavening agent – 8 g;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- salt – a pinch.
Ingredients for the cream:
- cottage cheese – 250 g;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- cornstarch – 1 tbsp;
- eggs – 1 pc;
- vanilla sugar – 5 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese cake:
With a whisk, beat eggs with sugar and salt to a fluffy soft mass. Pour vegetable oil and milk into the mass. Gradually pour the flour, vegetable oil and vanilla sugar into the egg mixture and knead into a
thick, homogeneous dough

Cover a 22×22 cm baking dish with parchment and pour the dough onto the surface.
In a separate bowl for the cream, beat the cottage cheese with the egg, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla sugar with an immersion mixer.
Spoon the cream into a pastry bag and use
the cream to create a chequered pattern on the surface of the pastry.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
After cooking the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
You get a soft, flavorful and airy cake.
