Ingredients for banana cake crust:
- banana – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- vanilla essence – 5 drops;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- cocoa powder – 60 g;
Ingredients for the cream:
- cottage cheese – 200 g;
- banana – pcs;
- lemon juice – tbsp;
- vanilla essence – 5 drops;
- butter – 50 g.
Preparation of banana cake:
Peel and cut bananas into round plates. Put bananas in a blender bowl, combine with eggs and salt.
Pour vanilla essence to the bananas, pour cocoa powder and leavening
agent. Beat all components in a blender until homogeneous mass. Transfer the dough into a silicone baking dish.
In the oven, bake the crust at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. At this time, create the cream for the cake – cut the remaining peeled banana.
Put the banana and cottage cheese in a blender bowl, combine with lemon juice, vanilla essence and softened butter.
Beat the mixture to the consistency of thick cream.
Cut the prepared cake into two thin crusts.
Transfer the cream into a pastry bag and place the roses on the surface of one of the thin cakes.
Place the second cake on the cream layer, do not press it tightly. Place the
second part of the cream on the top of the cake.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour to stabilize.
You can avoid the stabilization step and serve the dessert immediately after cooking. We also recommend sprinkling the banana cake with chocolate chips, for example.
