Let’s prepare a modern pastry on sour cream – Nezhenka.

Ingredients of pastry crusts for Nezhenka cake:

  • eggs – 5 pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • vanilla sugar – 16 g;
  • sugar – 300 g;
  • sour cream – 400 g;
  • flour – 450 g;
  • leavening agent – 15 g.

Ingredients of the cream for the cakes:

  • butter – 250 g;
  • condensed milk – 390 g;
  • sour cream – 200 g.

Preparation of cakes Nezhenka:

In a bowl with eggs pour salt and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer. Gradually pour sugar into the eggs, continue beating until the grains of sand dissolve

. Add sour cream to the mixture, stir. Combine flour and baking powder, sift into the egg mixture, knead a glossy and homogeneous dough.

Cover a baking tray 32-42 cm with parchment, pour the dough on it, level it. Bake the crust at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Divide the crust into small portions with a glass or a special mold.

Beat soft butter with a mixer, gradually pour condensed milk into the butter

Add 100 grams of sour cream to the glossy stable cream, beat for 10 seconds.

Then put the rest of the sour cream into the cream and beat similarly for 10 seconds. Put the cream in a pastry bag, put it on a part of the cakes, cover the filling with the second part.

The cut and the top of each cake is also covered with cream.
