Ingredients for the biscuit:

  • Flour – 270 g;
  • Cocoa – 60 g;
  • Baking powder – 1.5 tsp;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Sugar – 130 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 90 ml;
  • Milk – 200 ml;
  • Baking soda – 1.5 tsp;
  • Boiling water – 200 ml.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Sugar – 100 g;
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • Cornstarch – 40 g;
  • Milk – 500 ml;
  • Butter – 30 g;
  • Black chocolate – 100 g;
  • Mascarpone – 300 g.

Preparation of chocolate cake:

Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder, sift into a separate bowl. Separately mix the eggs with salt, sugar, vegetable oil and milk.

Pour the sifted bulk products into the mixture and knead the dough. Pour the baking soda into the dough, pour in boiling water and mix. Pour

the dough into a baking dish lined with parchment and bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. For the cream in a saucepan mix eggs with vanilla and classic sugar, add starch, pour in milk.

Cook the mixture until thickened, and then add butter and chocolate, melt

in the

mass. Ready cream transfer to a separate container and leave to cool to room temperature. Do not forget to cover the cream in the contact with food film.

Biscuit level the biscuit, remove uneven edges. Then divide it into two equal parts, each part is divided into two thinner crusts. Pour mascarpone into the cooled cream, mix.

Cover each cake with cream and assemble the cake. Also cover the top and sides of the cake with cream. Shred the trimmings from the cakes and sprinkle them on the sides of the cake.
