The more often you cook, the more interesting and delicious your homemade desserts are. You can resort to simple recipes like ours. After all, any cake becomes a source of positivity and joy. We were inspired by this recipe just in the middle of a delicious dessert. Who knows, maybe by making and tasting this cake, you will make your own unique pastry masterpiece.
Ingredients:
- 330 gr of flour;
- 200 gr of sour cream 15%;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 150 gr sugar;
- pinch of vanillin;
- 1/3 teaspoon salt.
Ingredients for the cream:
- 1 kg of cottage cheese 5%;
- 1 can of condensed milk
Preparation:
In a deep bowl mix sour cream, sugar and salt. Sift to these ingredients flour mixed with one teaspoon of baking soda. Control the amount of flour, so as not to add too much or too little.
Knead a thick dough. Knead until it becomes soft and no longer sticky to your hands. We achieve exactly soft dough, because it allows us to make tasty and not hard cakes.
Divide the lump into nine equal parts. Roll each piece into a thin round layer. Send to the frying pan. The
hot crust is laid out on the table, equalized in the shape of a plate with a diameter of 20 cm.
Proceed to the preparation of the cream. To pulverize cottage cheese, we use a blender. Add boiled condensed milk. It should be at room temperature.
Put the split ring on the table and assemble the cake. So the dessert will turn out even. Alternate layers. Leave it overnight.
The top and sides are smeared with cream and sprinkled with shredded remnants of cakes. If there is still cream left, you can decorate the cake on top, using a pastry bag.
This is such a simple unsweetened cake we got.
