The history of the origin of cakes is quite confusing and long. It is believed that this dessert existed long before the emergence of civilizations. The first cakes that were found by archaeologists belong to the Stone Age. Of course, these desserts mostly resembled cakes with honey. However, it is worth understanding that people from those times have been striving to create the perfect dessert.

We want to tell you about a cake that is prepared easily and quickly due to the fact that it is made without baking cakes.
Ingredients for the cake:
- flour – 250 g;
- vanillin – g;
- butter 82.5% – 200 g;
- cocoa – tbsp. with a slide;
- sugar – 210 g;
- cornstarch – 2 tablespoons;
- sour cream 20% – 600 g;
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Cake preparation:
In a thick-bottomed saucepan you need to break a couple of eggs, pour 150 grams of granulated sugar, starch, cocoa and vanillin. Mix the ingredients in a saucepan, pour sour cream into the mixture. Cook the
homogeneous mass on medium heat until thickened for 10 minutes. To the mixture we add 50 grams of butter, wait for complete dissolution in the mass.
It is necessary to be sure to cover the cream with a film in the contact, leave it until it cools down

In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour, envelope a piece of cold butter in the loose mixture.
Butter is chopped on medium grater cutters, add to the flour mixture

Make a crumb mixture from the ingredients, transfer half of the mixture to a 26 cm frying pan. Fry the crumble on low heat until golden,
stir the crumble during the frying process and separate any lumps that stick together.
A couple of spoonfuls of crumbs should be set aside, ¼ of the crumbs should be poured into a mold with a diameter of 18 cm. Do not forget to lay on the bottom of the mold or ring parchment with silicone.
Pressing the crumb to the bottom, spread ¼ of the cream on the surface. Layer the crumble on top of the cream, tamping them down evenly. Sprinkle the top of the cake with the reserved crumbs, put it in the refrigerator for 7 hours.
The dessert is prepared without using the oven or microwave.
