Therefore, it is necessary to learn how to prepare the dessert yourself. We propose to make a cake without cooking the cakes in the oven – “Plombir Pancho”.
Ingredients of the crusts for the cake “Plombirny Pancho”:
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 80 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- milk – 100 ml;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- flour – 150 g;
- leavening agent – tsp.
Ingredients of the cream for the cake:
- sour cream – 500 ml;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sugar – 120 g;
- cornstarch – 2 tablespoons;
- butter – 50 ml.
- walnuts – 80 g;
- chocolate – 80 g.
Preparation of the cake “Plombirny Pancho”:
In a saucepan you need to combine eggs with classic and vanilla sugars and cornstarch, whisk. Add sour
cream
to the egg mixture, stir.
On minimum heat cook the cream until thickened, then add butter to the hot mass. Dissolve the butter in the cream, leave to cool. Cover the cream with foil in the contact.
To prepare the biscuit, you need to mix the egg with sugar and salt with a whisk to a white mass. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the mixture, sift flour with baking powder.
Grease the pan with butter, pour the resulting dough and level the surface. Bake the biscuit for 35 minutes on medium heat under a lid.
After cooking, cut the biscuit into small pieces. Chop the chocolate and nuts into fine crumbs. Beat the warm cream with a mixer on high speed.
Add the chopped nuts and chocolate to the cream and mix. Then add the chopped biscuits and mix again.
Cover the container with food film and put the resulting mass in it. Send the cake preparation to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
You can leave a part of the cream, and after removing the cake, cover it with this cream. You get a simple plombard cake without an oven.
