Ingredients:
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 150 g;
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- Carrots – 200 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;

- Cottage cheese – 150 g;

Preparation of carrot cake:
Mix the eggs with sugar, whisk until puffy foam. Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, pour flour and baking powder, knead the dough.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater and put them into the dough, mix. Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with parchment and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
For the cream, mix sour cream with powdered sugar and cottage cheese, pour lemon juice. Divide the biscuit into two parts and smear each with cream, lay them with cream layers on top of each other.
