Ingredients for fried hake:

  • hake – 1600 g;
  • onion – 2 pcs;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • flour – 100 g;
  • fish seasoning – tsp;
  • breadcrumbs – 100 g;
  • dry garlic – tsp;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
  • paprika – tsp;
  • grainy mustard – tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.

Preparation of fried hake:

The fish should be cleaned from the insides, remove the fins and cut into portioned pieces. Transfer hake into a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, seasoning for fish, dry garlic and paprika.

Pour vegetable oil over the fish, smear each piece. Thoroughly rub the spices into the meat, leave to marinate for half an hour.
