Ingredients for fried pollock:
- Pollock – 3 pcs;
- Vegetable oil – 200 ml;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs;
- Boiling water – 200 ml;
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Water – 70 ml;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Fish seasoning – 1 tsp;
- Ground red pepper – 1/3 tsp.
Preparation of fried pollock:
Clean the pollock from the insides, gills, head and tail. Cut the fish into large pieces. Chop
finely onions and pickles. In a frying pan in vegetable oil (100 ml) lightly fry onions
. Add to the onions pickles, pour boiling
water
and stew vegetables under a lid for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream with a couple of tablespoons of flour, pour water
.
Pour the sour cream mixture to the stewed vegetables, stir.
Salt the vegetable mixture in the sour cream sauce. Pour ground red pepper and fish seasoning into the bowl with fish, add flour. Cover the container with a lid, shake for a minute.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil (100 ml) fry pollock on both sides until golden.
Put the fish in the pan to the sauce and stewed vegetables, cover with a lid and cook together for 15 minutes.
You get juicy pollock in cream sauce. This dish will be a good addition to dinner or lunch.
