Ingredients:
- pollock fish – 2 pcs;
- flour – 4.5 tbsp;
- turmeric;

- salt – ½ tsp;

- onion – 2 pcs;
- ground coriander;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs;

- seasoning for vegetables;
- sour cream – 400 ml;
- sweet pepper – 1 pc;
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
- water – 400 ml.
Preparation of baked pollock:
Pour into a cellophane bag 3 spoons of flour, turmeric, black pepper, fish seasoning, salt and shake thoroughly inside.
Cut the fish into small pieces 3-4 cm thick.
