Cheese spread on bread. A recipe from an old Soviet magazine: all the ingredients are available

Patties were invented in Germany a long time ago. To this day, this invention is still popular throughout Europe. You can find a large number of different spreads on bread in any store. It is a common breakfast for most people. It does not require any cooking skills. All a person has to do is spread the mixture on the bread.

In France, these spreads are combined with croissants and in Italy with baguettes. There are varieties of spreads with tomato paste, cheeses, sauces and pates. In the CIS countries, spreads are not so popular. However, nothing prevents you from making them yourself. To do this, you will need a few minutes of free time.

Ingredients for cheese spread:

  • processed cheese – 100 g;
  • dill – a bunch;
  • pickled cucumber – pcs;
  • garlic – clove;
  • mayonnaise – tbsp;
  • baton – 4 pieces.

Preparation of cheese spread:

Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater. Shinkuem finely dill, combine with cheese. Grate finely grated pickled cucumber, put into the mixture of cheese and dill.

Press a garlic clove into the mixture. Fill the spread with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Dry the slices of loaf on a dry pan.
