changes.

Now there are many recipes for this delicacy. Let’s talk about one of the most successful recipes for cheesecakes.

Ingredients:

  • Curd – 300 g;
  • Egg (yolk) – 1 pc;
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • Salt – a pinch (to taste);
  • Vanilla – to taste;
  • Semolina -1 tsp. with a slide;
  • Oil for frying.

Preparation:

Knead cottage cheese with a fork to a homogeneous mass. You can run the product through a meat grinder – this will make the cooking process faster.

Add vanilla, sugar, salt, egg yolk and semolina to the resulting homogeneous mass. Next, knead the dough thoroughly, let stand for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina absorbs moisture.

After resting, transfer the dough to a flat surface and roll out a little. To form cheesecakes, you can use a glass with a small diameter. The rest of the dough is gathered into a lump, roll out and form a cheesecake.

The obtained cheesecakes should be panned in flour and sent to a frying pan. Fry the cheesecakes on medium heat on both sides until browned.
