Ingredients:

- mushrooms – 150 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- mozzarella – 150 g;
- olive oil;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of chicken balls with cheese:
Dice the onion and fry in a frying pan until lightly golden in olive oil.
Mix the onions
with the mushrooms, fry
until the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates, do not forget to pepper and salt. Remove the skin and bones from the chicken
, cut the fillet lengthwise, divide each steak in two, cover with cling film and b

Stretch the chicken skin and divide it into 4 equal parts.
Divide the foil into 4 squares, lay the chicken skin pieces on each. Put the battered pieces on the skin, and on the pieces of meat we already put the stuffing of mushrooms and onions.
On the mushroom stuffing we put cheese balls, using the skin we gather all the ingredients into balls.
Seal the balls in foil, lay them out on a baking tray covered with parchment.
Bake the chicken balls at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Then open the foil and turn the balls seam side down and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes.
