order to properly cook chicken legs, you need to know one quality recipe.

Ingredients for chicken legs:

  • chicken legs – 6 pcs;
  • Dijon mustard – tsp;
  • dried garlic – ½ tsp;
  • paprika – ½ tsp;
  • sugar – ½ tsp;
  • salt – tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml.

Preparation of chicken legs:

Remove excess skin from the chicken legs, make an incision along the bone, around the circumference. Remove cartilage from each leg.

Mix chicken legs with salt, put them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the legs for a few minutes on both sides over medium heat.

Combine the Dijon mustard, dried garlic, paprika and sugar in a separate bowl. Dip the legs in the spices and place on a baking tray.
