Ingredients for braised chicken thighs:

  • chicken thighs – 5 pcs;
  • salt – tsp;
  • black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • paprika – ½ tsp;
  • flour – 3 tbsp;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • onion – pcs;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • sour cream – 150 g;
  • water – 200 ml;
  • nutmeg – pinch;
  • potatoes – 7 pcs;
  • hot milk.

Cooking stewed chicken thighs:

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika, lightly pour vegetable oil. Mix the spices with the meat, rub them into the fibers of the thighs.

Roll each thigh in flour, and then fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Put a piece of butter on the thighs and turn to the other side, continue frying.

Fry the onions until golden for a couple of minutes, mix with sour cream.
