Baked chicken thighs are a popular and easy-to-prepare dish that combines the juiciness of meat and a variety of flavors of seasonings and sauces. This method of cooking allows you to preserve the beneficial properties of chicken meat, as well as easily adapt the recipe to different preferences and culinary traditions.
Chicken thighs, unlike breasts, have a richer flavor and pleasant texture due to the higher fat content. This makes them ideal for baking, as they remain moist and tender even with prolonged heat treatment.
Baked chicken thighs can be a main course at a family dinner, as well as an addition to the holiday table.
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs – 10 pcs;
- olive oil – 3 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp;
- garlic powder – 1 tsp;
- paprika powder – 1 tsp;
- mushrooms – 250 g;
- butter – 50 g;
- tomatoes – 250 g;

Preparation of baked chicken thighs:
Remove bones from chicken thighs, using a knife, divide large pieces of meat into flatter ones. Cover the meat with food film and beat it with a special hammer.
Mix soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, paprika in olive oil and stir. Pour the marinade to the meat, mix and leave to marinate under a food film for half an hour.
At this time, chop mushrooms finely, melt butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the mushrooms in the oil and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Cut tomatoes finely, grate cheese on a coarse grater. Place the meat unwrapped, put the fried mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes on the surface.
Roll up the meat into a roll with stuffing inside, place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake the rolls at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then take the rolls out of the oven and smear with the formed juice. Continue baking the meat and stuffing for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
You get juicy rolls from chicken thighs. This is a good way to make a delicious and hearty dinner for the whole family.
