Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat from chicken thigh fillet – kg;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- garlic – clove;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
- semolina – 3 tbsp. l.;
- egg yolk – pcs;
- butter – 50 g;
- salt – tsp;
- ground black pepper – 13 tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Run onions and garlic through a meat grinder, get rid of excess liquid in the resulting mass. Put the onion mass in the minced meat together with the yolk, pour semolina
. Add sour cream to the minced meat, pour ground black pepper and salt. Thoroughly mix all components until homogeneity. Add softened butter to the mince, continue mixing.
