Chocolate cake is considered as a coveted dessert for most of the children around the world. This cake combines the sweetest and most delicious ingredients – sugar, cream and chocolate. However, when was the first chocolate cake born?

Ingredients of sponge cake for chocolate cake:

- Sour cream – 100 g;

- Condensed milk – 250 g;
- Water – 100 g;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Brandy – 20 g;
- Dark chocolate – 100 g;
- Milk – 40 g;
- Butter – 60 g.
Preparation of chocolate cake:
In a bowl break eggs, pour sugar, add sour cream and vegetable oil, beat with a mixer until homogeneous
.Mix flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt, sift into the egg mixture.Knead

Cover the baking tray with parchment, pour the dough on the surface and spread it evenly on the bottom.
