Ingredients for chocolate cake:

- sugar – 165 g;
- flour – 130 g;

- sour cream 20% – 500 g;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- mascarpone – 300 g;
- dark chocolate – 30 g;
- milk cream – 30 ml.
Preparation of chocolate cake:
Separate the yolks from the whites beforehand, both parts of the egg will be needed for the recipe. Pour salt to the whites, start beating with a mixer until fluffy. Gradually pour granulated sugar to the whites, continue to beat until the formation of white stable peaks.

Pour 40 grams of cocoa into the flour, in two approaches sift the loose products into the egg mixture.
