The modern world is filled with various pastries, cakes and other desserts. We take these sweets for granted. Many can not resist not to buy some cake in the store or confectionery store. Sugar literally rules mankind.
But, what about people who are facing diabetes? For them, eating cakes and pastries can be tantamount to death. And the culture of consuming sweets pushes them even more with its variety.
Fortunately, there are now many alternative desserts available. That is, sugar-free cakes and pastries. In such desserts, the usual sugar is replaced by stevia, fructose and other sugar substitutes.
Let’s tell you how to prepare a chocolate cake for diabetics
.
Ingredients for chocolate cake:
- Eggs – 5 pcs;
- Cocoa – 45 g;
- Sweetener;

- Sour cream – 200 g.
Preparation of chocolate cake:
Break eggs in a bowl, beat them with a mixer to a white mass. Pour 35 grams of cocoa to the eggs, continue beating the mass until homogeneous.
Grease the parchment on the tray with butter, pour the eggs and cocoa on the surface, spread evenly.
Bake the crust at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix soft butter with sweetener – we add it to taste. Pour sour cream into the butter, pour the rest of the cocoa, beat with a mixer until the formation of cream.
Remove uneven edges from the cake, divide into 4 equal biscuits. Smear each biscuit with cream, lay them on top of each other. The
sides and top of the cake are also smeared with sour cream.
Crumble the leftovers from the cake into fine crumbs.
We recommend decorating the cake with these crumbs.
