Doughnuts are one of the most popular confectionery items. They are very popular despite their caloric content. Morning tea with such a treat gives a lot of pleasure. The
main thing is not to overdo it, so as not to set a world record for eating doughnuts. By the way, the first record belongs to John Hite, who ate 29 doughnuts in 6 minutes. Later this result was surpassed – it was possible to eat 49 donuts in 8 minutes.
Let’s try to learn how to cook donuts at home. We have presented the recipe below.
Ingredients:
- 650 grams of flour;
- 1 tablespoon of yeast;
- 300 tablespoon of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 400 ml water;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Preparation:
Pour 400 milliliters of warm water into a plastic bag, add sugar, salt, and yeast in the right amount.
Stir the ingredients and add 250 grams of flour. Tie the bag and stir with kneading movements.
Pour in three tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix again in the same way.
These actions will keep our hands clean.
Tie the bag and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Take the billet out of the bag and divide it into equal parts. In each of them we make a hole in the middle.
Fill a frying pan with vegetable oil and send the products to fry on one side on low heat.
Then send the doughnut to cook in a pan filled with vegetable oil on high heat.
When the doughnuts are ready, you can serve to the table.
