Ingredients for cod liver salad:
- cod liver – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- hard cheese – 80 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- 9% table vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.;
- boiling water – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of cod liver salad:
Cut into small cubes onions, put them in a bowl. Pour vinegar to the onions, pour sugar, mix. Pour
boiling water over the onions and marinate until the marinade cools down. Boil
hard-boiled eggs, cool down, peel and cut into small cubes

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Remove the
liver from the oil and crush it with a fork to the state of mush.
Remove excess liquid from the onion, put it in a salad bowl. Put eggs, cheese, cod liver, dress with mayonnaise, salt.
