However, in ancient Greece, a salad with a large number of vegetables would have been nonsense. The fact is that in ancient times this dish was prepared only from greens.

Ingredients for appetizer salad:
- cucumber – pcs;
- crab sticks – 150 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- sour cream – tbsp;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- garlic – clove;
- green onion – a bunch;
- dill – a bunch;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of appetizer salad:
Cucumber should be cut into thin bars. Similarly, crab sticks should be chopped. Eggs need to be hard-boiled, cool and cut into small cubes.
