  • Butter – 80 g;
  • Flour – 250 g;
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Flour – 70 g;
  • Sugar – 30 g;
  • Butter – 30 g.

Preparation of cottage cheese buns:

In a bowl break an egg, lay out cottage cheese, salt, pour vanilla and classic sugar to it. Mix the ingredients, add soft butter,

sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Leave the dough under cellophane in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

For the filling, mix sugar and flour, add butter. Use your hands to create a creamy crumb from the ingredients.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll each into a large thin layer.

Sprinkle each layer with the filling.

Roll each layer into a roll, brush with butter.
