Ingredients for breadsticks:

  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • baking soda – ½ tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • flour – 400 g;
  • sour cream 15-20% – 250 g;
  • green onions – 50 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • sausage – 80 g.

Preparation of breadsticks:

In a bowl, combine eggs and salt, whisk the components until the grains of sand dissolve. Add sour cream to the egg mixture, mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Shred cheese on small grating teeth, chop sausage and green onions finely. Send the chopped products to the mixture of sour cream and egg.
