Ingredients for cream apple pie:

- butter – 120 g;
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp;

Preparation of creamy apple pie:
Cut the peeled apples into small pieces. In a frying pan melt 10 grams of butter, pour a couple of tablespoons of granulated sugar. Put the apples in the pan and stew until the liquid evaporates.
The apples should become soft and retain their shape.
Pour lemon juice into the apples to prevent them from turning dark. Leave the apple pieces to cool.
To prepare the cream, beat the egg in a separate bowl, mix with the sugar, lemon zest and flour. Beat the mixture with a whisk to break up any lumps.
Pour the milk into the mixture gradually, mixing the components thoroughly. Next, pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. Again pour the cream into a bowl, cover with food film in the contact and let cool.
To prepare the dough (crumbs), mix flour with 110 grams of sugar, baking powder and salt.
Pour cold butter into the loose products, grind to the state of crumbs.
In a depression in the dough, break an egg, mix it with the total mass.
To the cream base add cottage cheese, using an immersion blender, whip until homogeneous. To make the cream thicker, pour starch into it and stir.
Put apples into the cream, stir so that each piece is covered with cottage cheese mass.
Put parchment on the bottom of the baking mold, ½ of the dough to form the sides. From the second part of the dough create the bottom of the future pie.
Spread the cream with apples into the pastry base, spreading an even layer over the surface.
Bend the sides to the filling to make a beautiful border.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
If desired, you can decorate the pie with almond petals. After baking, leave the pie to cool in the mold, and for a thicker texture, put it in the refrigerator.
