Salads are one of the first dishes that mankind came up with. This is not surprising, as salads are quite simple to prepare. Especially if we take into account the fact that ancient people did not try to do something extraordinary.

At first, for the preparation of salads used a minimum amount of products – greens. Only after a certain period of time, the Romans began to experiment. The introduction of vegetables into salads turned the idea of this dish upside

down. Since the XVII century people have decided that mushrooms and fruits are perfect for salads. In addition to salt, sauces began to dress the dish.

One of the main ingredients for a delicious healthy salad is beet. The root

Ingredients for beet salad #1:

  • beets – 3 pcs;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • pickled cucumbers – 200 g;
  • ground coriander – tsp;
  • Korean carrots – 200 g;
  • salt – tsp.

Preparation of beet salad:

Boil beets until ready, peel and chop on large grater teeth. Cut pickled cucumbers into thin circles, put together with Korean carrots to the beets.

Salt the salad, add ground coriander and vegetable oil, mix the components well.

  • beets – 300 g;
  • vegetable oil – 30 g;
  • apple – pcs;

  • walnuts – 30 g;

Preparation of beet salad:

Boil beets until soft, get rid of the top layer. Apple is also peeled, chopped together with beets on medium grater cutters.

  • red onion – pcs;
  • canned chickpeas – 200 g;
  • parsley – 20 g.

Preparation of beet salad:

Boiled in advance beet peeled and cut into small bars. Chop prunes smaller, onion cut in half rings. Shinkuem parsley, send all the vegetables in one container.

To the mixture of vegetables put chickpeas, sprinkle with salt and dress with vegetable oil.
