Fish turns out spicy, flavorful, very tasty. For it you will need to take cabbage, tomatoes and cheese. Fish can definitely be served on a festive table to surprise guests.
For preparation you will need such ingredients:
- fish any fillet, 700 g;
- cauliflower;
- onion, 1 pc;
- tomatoes, 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise, 6 tbsp;
- cheese, 200 g;
- salt, pepper.
To prepare mayonnaise on milk, you will need the following ingredients:
- milk, 150 ml;
- vegetable oil, 300 g; lemon juice, 3 tbsp (6% vinegar, 2 tbsp);
- salt, half tsp;
- sugar, 1 tsp;
- mustard, 1 tsp.
Cooking process
Cut cabbage into 1 cm slices to make large pieces.
Take any cheese and grate it on a fine grater.
Grease the mold with oil and lay out the cabbage
.
Salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese and put the pieces of fish fillets.
Tip: the fillets should be boneless. To make the dish even tastier, you can marinate the fillets in advance.
Put thin onion rings on the fish.
Put tomato circles and smear with homemade mayonnaise. Put
grated cheese in a slide
.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 – 35 minutes.
For homemade mayonnaise take products only at room temperature.
Beat all the ingredients with an immersion blender to the desired density. And this mayonnaise, we use it for our French-style fish.
You can simply make a casserole by cutting the cabbage and fish in smaller pieces. Put all the products in the same sequence and bake for the same amount of time.
