Cake preparation:
Mix butter with sugar in a bowl, beat until homogeneous. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and baking soda, quench.
Pour the sour cream to the butter, whisk until smooth. Break a couple of eggs into the mixture and beat them, introduce them into the sour cream mixture.

Chop walnuts with a knife and pour them into the dough, mix the nuts in the dough with a mixer.

Bake the biscuits at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes. At this time for the cream, put condensed milk in a bowl and beat with a mixer for a minute.
In batches, add sour cream to the condensed milk and mix with a mixer. After adding the sour cream, pour vanilla into the cream and continue beating.
Cream the cakes, put them on top of each other. Smear the top and sides of the cake with cream.
Leave the cake on the table for a couple of hours to soak, and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
