Ingredients for a quick dessert:
- “ladyfingers” cookies – 150 g;
- milk – 200 ml.
Ingredients for cream:
- milk – liter;
- dark chocolate – 50 g;
- sugar – 40 g;
- instant coffee – 8 g;
- corn starch – 50 g;
- bitter cocoa – 15 g;
- caramel-cream pudding – 100 g.
Preparing a quick dessert:
Dip the cookies in milk, lay them all over the surface of the baking mold (use the mold as a frame for the cake). It is recommended to place the cookies rib side down.
Pour sugar, cornstarch, caramel-cream pudding, bitter cocoa and instant coffee into a saucepan with milk. Stir the components until homogeneous in the milk.
Cook the cream over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour
the dark chocolate into the hot cream, stir until it dissolves in the cream.
Pour the chocolate cream into the mold with cookies, cover the surface with foil not in contact with the product. Send the cake for a couple of hours in the refrigerator to harden.
It is recommended to sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder after hardening. This chocolate cake without baking biscuit is ready in 15-20 minutes without taking into account the hardening.
