We heard about boiled condensed milk back in 1829. The birthplace is Argentina. Everything happened by accident: people forgot a can of sweet milk on hot coals. Suddenly there was an explosion, one of the drops of this product was tasted by a general. He fell in love with this flavor.
We, too, can prepare a delicious dish using boiled condensed milk. Such desserts are usually good for evening sit-downs or family celebrations.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0.5 teaspoons;
- 1 teaspoon yeast;
- 1 teaspoon leavening agent;
- 1 cup milk;
- 1/2 cup water;
- 3 tablespoons of cooked condensed milk;
- 100 g butter;
- 300 g cottage cheese;
- 4 slices of chocolate.
Preparation:
In a deep container we pour one cup of semolina. Then add two tablespoons of sugar, a little salt and yeast.
Then put one teaspoon of leavening agent. Stir the loose ingredients with a whisk
. Pour in one cup of milk, as well as half a cup of water. Stir again with a whisk. Next, use a mixer. Cover with food film and leave it for 15 minutes.
Pour a small amount of the mixture into a dry pan with the help of a chef’s ladle. Cook on low heat on one side, making
a sufficiently large amount.
Take cottage cheese, knead well and mix. With a mixer, beat butter, add three tablespoons of cooked condensed milk. With a mixer combine the two products together. Here we also add shredded cottage cheese.
A homogeneous mass is obtained, we will use it between the layers of our preparations.
We put one pancake, grease and lay out the next one. We alternate until all the blanks are finished. The last layer will be our mass of butter, condensed milk and cottage cheese.
We grate chocolate and decorate the cake with it.
