The history of pizza dates back to Sardinia more than 7,000 years ago. The Babylonians, Egyptians and Greeks were already baking flat bread in clay ovens. Necessary ingredients:
- Milk – 150 ml;
- Fresh yeast – 5 g;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Olive oil – 50 ml;
- Flour – 400 gr;
- Egg yolk – 1pc;
- Mayonnaise, ketchup – to taste;
- Sausage – 250 gr;
- Sweet red pepper – 1 pc;
- Tomato – 1 pc;
- Hard cheese – 100 gr;
- Green onions – to taste.
Preparation of mini-pizzas:
First it is necessary to mix milk and fresh yeast. After that, they should be allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Then salt, olive oil and flour should be added to it.
Now the dough should be kneaded well so that it turns out without lumps. The dough should be put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 parts, forming a circle out of each. Now the dough should rest again for 5 minutes.
After resting, form a small depression in each part. Spread them on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk.
Pizza sauce is made from mayonnaise and ketchup, simply mixing them in any proportion. Then evenly distribute the resulting sauce over the entire surface of the mini-pizza base.
