We want to prepare a Chinese dish – rolls with meat and eggplant.
Ingredients for eggplant rolls with meat:
- Eggplants – 2 pcs;
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Onion – pcs.;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp;
- Paprika – tsp;
- Coriander – ½ tsp;
- Ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- Cilantro – 20 g;
- Sour cream – 200 g;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Flour – 70 g.
Preparation of eggplant rolls with meat:
Eggplant should be cut into thin horizontal slices, lay out on a colander. Sprinkle the eggplant slices with a teaspoon of salt, leave to soak for half an hour.
Onions are passed through a meat grinder, put in the mince along with salt, paprika, coriander and ground black pepper. Separately for the batter mix sour cream, eggs and flour.
Chop cilantro finely, add to the minced meat, mix again. Spread the minced meat on eggplant slices, twist them into rolls, fasten them with skewers.
Heat 200 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Dip each roll in batter, lay it in the heated oil.
