Ingredients for buns:
- water – 150 ml;
- egg yolk – pcs;
- milk – 150 ml;
- flour – 570 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 6 tbsp;
- vanilla sugar – tsp;
- butter – 10 g;
- yeast – tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- apricot jam – 9 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 80 ml.
Preparation of buns:
Combine warm milk and water in a bowl, salt the liquid, add vanilla sugar, yeast and a couple of eggs. Mix the components with a whisk, pour vegetable oil into the mixture, pour 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
Stir the sugar into the mixture, dissolving the grains of sand. Gradually pour flour into the mixture, knead elastic and not sticky dough. Leave the dough under cellophane for half an hour.
Knead the dough again and divide it into 9 equal parts. Leave the lumps of dough under cellophane for 10 minutes for proofing.
In the meantime, mix cold butter with sugar and flour in a bowl, rub the butter to crumb.
Moisten a glass with water and press the center of each bun with it

Grease the edges of the buns with a mixture of egg yolk and milk. Put apricot jam in the pressed center of the buns. Sprinkle the buns with butter crumbs.
