Ingredients:
- Crab sticks – 400 g;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Powdered breadcrumbs.
Preparation of crab stick cutlets:
Boil hard-boiled 3 eggs, peel and grate on a fine grater together with crab sticks. Salt the mixture and add grated cheese to the
mixture. You can chop parsley and add it to the mixture. Break an egg into the mixture, mix and form small cutlets.
Then roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets on both sides until browned.
Leave the cutlets to cool for 15-20 minutes, it is better not to serve them immediately. If you don’t have crab sticks at home, you can make just egg cutlets.
