Cream Cheese Salad. A delicious dish from the past: I eat it and can’t stop

One of the best inventions of mankind are considered salads with the addition of various cheeses. In the provinces of France, Italy and Spain, there is a practice of making cheese salads. That is, except for different cheese varieties, nothing is added to the dish.

Basically, such a dish is popular among tourists, because it is quite expensive. Cheese salads, as a rule, include quite old products with mold, from incredibly high quality milk.

Of course, it is not worth comparing cheeses with ordinary processed cheese. However, you can also make a delicious meal from processed cheese.

Ingredients for the salad:

  • potatoes – 3 pcs;
  • processed cheese – pcs.;
  • egg – pcs;
  • chicken fillet – pcs;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of the salad:

Boil to readiness potatoes, peel off the peel and shred on large grater teeth. Grate melted cheese on small cutters.

Separate the yolk from the white in a previously boiled egg. Grate finely separate yolk and protein. Chicken fillet fried or boiled in advance, cut into small cubes.

At the bottom of the salad bowl lay the potato mass, smear with mayonnaise and sprinkle with salt. On the potatoes lay out the chicken meat and yolk. On the mixture drop a little mayonnaise, sprinkle the surface with cheese.
