Cutlets have always been an important part of any dinner. They are juicy minced meat that is ground up with spices, onions and bread. From their original source, that is, French cutlets, modern cutlets are very different.

Ingredients for cutlets:
- chicken fillet – 600 g;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- butter – 60 g;
- onion – pcs;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- breadcrumbs – tbsp;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Chop chicken fillet in a meat grinder along with garlic and onion, mix. Grate cheese on a fine grater and add to the mince together with soft butter, mix.
Salt and pepper the mince, mix again until homogeneous. Pour breadcrumbs into the mince, knead the mince thoroughly with your hands.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, form cutlets with wet hands.
In the frying pan fry the cutlets until golden color.
As a result, we have tender creamy cutlets. Mashed potatoes are perfect as a garnish.
