There are people who believe that cooking pies in the XXI century are only unoriginal cooks. However, it is possible to argue with these people about the originality of pies. This pastry has an extensive and long history.

Ingredients of the dough for meat pies:
- warm milk – 250 ml;
- warm water – 250 ml;
- yeast – 20 g;
- sugar – tsp;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- egg yolk – pcs;
- butter – 50 g;
- flour – 450 g.
Ingredients of pie filling:
- boiled meat – 300 g;
- onion – pcs;
- boiled rice – 100 g;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of meat pies:
Boil the meat until ready. At this time in a bowl mix warm water and milk, add yeast, egg yolks, salt and sugar, mix.
