  • 82% butter – 300 g;
  • condensed milk – 370 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • instant coffee – 4 g;
  • boiling water – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of the cake “Senatorial”:

For the meringue, whip with a mixer whites with salt until foam, and then gradually pour vanilla and regular sugar to the whites.
