Ingredients:
- fresh cucumbers – 500 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- ground black pepper – a pinch;
- adjika – a pinch.
Preparation of cucumber appetizer:
Cut cucumbers into small slices, put them in a deep container. Shinkuem there as well dill, pass through the press garlic cloves, salt and sprinkle with sugar.
Pour the mixture with vinegar and vegetable oil, add black pepper and ajika, stir. Leave the cucumbers to marinate for 30 minutes or an hour.
